In 60 minutes we 

  • Listen to your pregnancy & birth experience & goals

Then assess; 

  • Posture

  • Breathing 

  • Strength 

  • Rectus diastasis 

  • Scars

  • Pelvic floor


But don't worry, you don't have to remember it all! 


After the session I'll send you a full report explaining everything we've gone through & a bespoke exercise program of just a few exercises we've ascertained are best to get you back on your road to your goals.
