About Me
I qualified as a physiotherapist in 2006, specialising in musculoskeletal injuries from 2008. I completed my Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute instructor (APPI) training in London soon after. Since then I have worked in the public & private healthcare systems in the UK, Australia & New Zealand. Through working in such varied settings I developed a special interest in pelvic girdle & core stability issues. On returning from my travels I decided to further my skills & studied to become an Ashtanga Yoga instructor.

I now specialise in movement retraining, with a focus on the foundations of breath, core control, pelvic floor dysfunction & body awareness. I am fascinated by the fascial system & have undertaken specialist training in myofascial release & scar management.

Whilst in New Zealand I worked with elite & international multisport athletes which inspired me to begin competing in triathlon & road cycling myself. Since then I have qualified to represent Great Britain in triathlon, aquabike & road cycling in World & European Championships.

I enjoy working with like minded clients–whether weekend warriors, high level athletes or dog walkers & keen gardeners! I have a particular passion for working with the female athlete & women through the ante & postnatal periods.
